Woolworths Money Terms of Use

These terms and conditions are important and you should read them fully. But there are some specific terms we wanted to make you aware of. These are set out below.

Please read the terms and conditions of use set out below carefully before using this Website (the "Site"). The use of this Site and any transactions conducted on it is governed by these terms and conditions ("Terms").

"Everyday Money" is a brand of Woolworths Group Limited ABN 88 000 014 675 ("Woolworths") which is also used under licence by providers of Everyday Money products and services. Woolworths and other providers of Everyday Money products and services are referred to as "Everyday Money providers". Macquarie Bank Limited ABN 46 008 583 542, Australian Credit Licence 237502, AIA Australia Limited (ABN 79 0004 837 861 AFSL No. 230043) and Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited ACN 005 357 522 AFSL 234527 ("ANZ") are Everyday Money providers.

References to "you", "your" and "yours" are references to the person(s) accessing the Site.

References to "we", "us" and "our" are references to Everyday Money providers.

Acknowledge and acceptance of terms

This Site is operated by Woolworths except for the Woolworths Credit Card application page and login.woolworthsmoney.com.au which is operated by Macquarie Bank. All Everyday Money products and services are subject to the terms and conditions and disclaimers of the applicable agreement governing their use. These Terms are to be read by you together with such other terms, conditions and disclaimers. In the event of any conflict, the terms, conditions and disclaimers applicable to specific products or services shall prevail over these Terms.

By using this Site, whether browsing, opening an application or accessing your online Woolworths Credit Card account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Terms and agree to be bound by them.The information and other material provided in the pages of the Site (including the Terms) may be changed at any time without notice by updating this posting. You agree to review the Site regularly and your continued access to, or use of, the Site following any changes will mean that you agree to any changes (including any amended Terms).

No offer or advice

The material on this Site contains general information about Everyday Money products and services. Unless expressly stated otherwise this information does not constitute an offer or inducement to enter into a legally binding contract and does not form part of the terms and conditions for such products and services. Everyday Money providers have policies regarding their management of personal information. In addition, each of them must take reasonable steps to let people know, generally, what sort of personal information each of them holds, for what purposes and how each of them collects, holds, uses and discloses that information. Application forms for Everyday Money products and services contain terms and conditions regarding personal information relevant to Everyday Money. Because those terms and conditions provide for certain consents, if you agree to them they will impact on how Everyday Money providers use and disclose your personal information. You can view the application form terms and conditions on-line at cards.woolworths.com.au or obtain a copy of the application form by contacting the Woolworths Credit Card Call Centre on 1300 10 1234 or by emailing privacy@macquarie.com.

When an Everyday Money provider collects personal information from or about you, it is required to give you certain information relevant to that information. A privacy disclosure statement has been prepared for this purpose. A copy can be obtained by contacting the Woolworths Credit Card Call Centre on 1300 10 1234 or by emailing privacy@macquarie.com. 

We may also in connection with the above and the provision of the Site transfer your data to countries which may not provide the same level of legal protection for personal data as within Australia. However, all personal data wherever it is held by us, our related companies or by our sub-contractors or agents will be afforded protection against any authorised or accidental disclosure, access or deletion. 

You acknowledge that such data will be so used and that it may be transmitted to others as stated above.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia and any courts which may hear appeals from those courts in respect of any proceedings in connection with these Terms or this Site. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a Court of Law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the Terms which will continue in full force and effect.

We reserve any rights not expressly granted in these Terms.
