Can I activate my card on the Woolworths Money App?

Yes, you can.

●      Select ‘Activate Card’ for the card you want to activate;

●      Follow the prompts.

Once the card has been successfully activated, it will take up to 10 minutes for your card to be available through your Woolworths Money App.

How do I reorder my accounts?

From the app, tap and hold the account from the stack of cards and move it to desired position.

How do I change my Credit Card’s PIN via the Woolworths Money App?

To change your PIN

●      Select the ‘account’;

●      Select the ‘toggle’ menu ;

●      Select ‘Card PIN’;

●      Enter your birthdate and then select ‘Set Card PIN’;

●      Enter a new PIN and confirm the PIN to change it. The new PIN is effective immediately.

How do I add a gift card via an email link?

Please ensure you have the Woolworths Money app installed on your device. Open your email via your mobile device and click on the Gift Card link. A message prompt will appear on your screen:

●      Open with Money

●      The Gift Card details will be automatically be entered;

●      Select “Add Card”.

How can I delete my gift card?

●      Select the Gift Card;

●      On the bottom right hand corner, select the ‘toggle’ menu ;

●      Select ‘Remove Card’.
