We've decided to retire the Woolworths Money App, as we wanted to streamline our services and give you a more seamless experience. You'll be able to do everything you did with the Woolworths Money App, and even more, through the Everyday Rewards App. This means you can add your Gift Cards and Everyday Rewards Cards all in one place. Plus, we've worked hard to make sure the Everyday Rewards App is super easy to use and provides a top-notch experience. So, as we transition, the Everyday Rewards App will take over and become your go-to for all the features you enjoyed in the Money App. It's all about making things better for you and enhancing your time with us.

Will I still be able to use my Gift Cards and Everyday Rewards Cards using Woolworths MoneyApp app after 6th November, 2023?

Yes, your ability to use your already stored Gift cards and Everyday Rewards Cards will not be impacted after 6th November, 2023. You can continue using them as you have been using them now, without any disruptions until we sunset the Woolworths Money App in January 2024.

You can also use Everyday Rewards app to store and use your Gift Cards and Everyday Rewards Cards. You can also continue to check your Gift Card balances on the Woolworths Gift Card website. Unfortunately, there's no direct transfer between apps. However, you can manually add your Gift Cards and Everyday Rewards Cards to the Everyday Rewards App. To manually add a Gift Card to the Everyday Rewards App you will need your Gift Card number, which you can find on the Woolworths Money App or in the email which was sent to you during your purchase of the Gift Card.
